The groundbreaking for the Ada Residence boutique hotel was Wednesday morning.
ADA, Mich. — Groundbreaking for the building of the new boutique resort in Ada happened Wednesday early morning.
The new Ada Property resort will sit along the Thornapple River in the Ada Village. The 37,000 sq. foot boutique hotel will be 3 tales and capabilities a lobby bar and 3rd-floor lounge with a see of the river.
The Ada Residence principle was inspired by the unique Ada Lodge from the 19th century as properly as the historical elegance of the village.
Challenge leaders hope that Ada Property will be a 1-of-a-form encounter that connects website visitors to the Ada local community and all it has to give.
The lodge will be operate by AHC Hospitality, the corporation that runs the Amway Grand Plaza, the JW Marriot as properly as other houses in West Michigan.
Ada Residence is the newest addition to the Ada Village, which began enhancement in July of 2015 and hopes to increase retail, residential and cafe offerings.
Development is predicted to be accomplished sometime in 2023.
