Might 2 (Reuters) – G-III Clothing Team Ltd (GIII.O) mentioned on Monday it has agreed to purchase the remaining 81% stake in Karl Lagerfeld for $210 million in money, turning out to be the sole operator of the Parisian manner brand name.
